Enjoy our original Brier Hill. This Local favorite was created back during the depression in what was known as the Brier Hill section of Youngstown. This delight has our delicious pizza sauce with tomatoe filettos, red and green peppers strips and fresh ground romano cheese. If you like it spicy, ask for our homemade Nicky's Hots on the pizza or on the side.
The next is a local favorite that we created back in the early 1960's. The Potatoe & Greens pizza has become our second most requested. With our famous Italian Greens and our roasted Italian potatoes, this one is then topped with our blend of Imported Mozzarella cheese and fresh ground Romano.
The next original creation is out Sausage & Egg Pizza. This masterpiece takes you in a whole different direction in the pizza family. Fresh eggs scrambled then mixed with our homemade sausage and topped with our Romano cheese and baked great anytime day or night.
Then there is the White pizza and the Mozzarella pizza. The White pizza is a garlic based pizza with NY pepper rings and Imported Mozzarella cheese. The standard Mozzarella pizza is prepared with our Homemade pizza sauce and topped with Imported Mozzarella.
